Terrain was the difference. Steep hills and some rough terrain greatly hampered the Hussite army. Good game.

opoli51 were completely out of touch after only one game so that I have to forfeit all games 40-15 to his opponents .
Fludwill are starting to advance slowly after a period of delay.

ulysisgrunt picked up an excellent 6 wins from 9 games, IMC and tamac11 both won 5 from 7 and also have the potential to challenge for the top spot.

Dreddradish has only one draw so far and leads the competition with an average score of 71. His strong contender is ericdoman1 who has won 6 out of 8 and has an average score of 69.

The battlefield had a small lake on the centre. The Macedonians put pikes and cavalry to the left of it and warbands and thureophoroi to the right. I put a small force on a hill behind the lake and attacked hard on my right, won the skirmishing and smashed the Macedoniansl left

The battlefield had mountains blocking the Byzantine right. The Byzantines deployed narrowly beside the mountains. Sicilian knights charged in, backed by foot. Byzantine cavalry had no room to evade and it was over fairly quickly.

The crusaders sat a couple low hills and ahead was the Sicilian league, on top a hill for their own. In advancements the stepped forward first at the left, a battle standard carting off center left and giving cover to lines of crossbows'. Both armies began to sling fire, the crusaders steadily adding pressure to the left, until Hospitaller knights found a gap and smashed into their masses of archers. The battle devolved and both armies took pieces from each other. Bodies lay strewn at the foot of the hill, in a small valley. Today luck was on the side of the Crusaders.
