Hey PHCAS, I like to use some of the bunkers for my UK mod's DDay scn because they're nice. Did you create those from scratch or if not do you happen to know who did them originally? Just wondering if credits would go to you exclusively or someone else too.

Re: PHCAS units
I saw your excellent StugIIIG AT units on Grand Armory. Any chance of getting these units in downloaded format? Unable to load all five images but they are all the different versions with missing skirts/Schurtzen and the complete Stug with all schurtzen. I made a version of this type of icon with varying degrees of what I call "battle damage" several years ago and put them on the forum. Mine are not as good as yours and I would like to have yours if you would make them available for download. I also did the same thing with Pzr.IV H and J (with mesh skirts).

Old Timer Panzer General fan. Maybe a Volksturm soldier now. Did they let Volksturm drive Panzers?

						Re: PHCAS units
Hello flakfernrohr
I know I made them and posted them long ago in this forum. I do not know anymore under wich topic. I can not find them so quickly in my files. As soon as I find them I will post them again for you. Maybe someone knows were to find them in this forum? Sorry for now.

Re: PHCAS units
Thanks to both of you guys. I appreciate it very much. I am going to make masks for the units and create a stug division for play.

Re: PHCAS units
I was wondering how you would employ the "Borgward IV" that have created in the game. I know its some kind of engineering vehicle

						Re: PHCAS units
Hello ckraiderfan1.
The vehicle has a charge of 500kg. Drops that off near a target and moves away. After that the 500kg charge explodes. It was in use with the 504 and 508 heavy Tiger Abteilungen,
For the game (I have to check the data) the unit must have low ammo becausse it only can drop 1 charge and have to reload again than. The attack numbers must be high becausse of a 500kg charge. Ground and Close defense has to be very low becausse there are no defense weapons on the vehicle.
Use this vehicle (and the Goliath units) in the game carefully. Suppress the enemy unit with Artillery so it can not fight back. Than attack with the Borgward IV. If the enemy will attack you first you will not make it.
Greetings PHCAS

Re: PHCAS units
what would the range be.... 0 or 1 ???? the purchase cost would probably be really expensive as well due to there rarity. 500 to 800 prestige what do you think??

Re: PHCAS units
A half track with a devastating attack but only one ammo is a potentially interesting unit that but could be very useful in the right conditions, but it could make managing a FlammPanzer 2 look easy in comparison!
If you make it artillery type you may find it gives defensive fire which would be a bit rough with only 1 ammo, so it probably would be better more like a Flammpanzer/Pioneer type unit but with a single devastating hard attack. You could probably justify Fortkiller and Meng attributes on the basis that a 500kg demolition charge probably takes the entrenchment with it as it explodes. BiteNibbleChomp's WW1 siege artillery have something like 11 SA and 36HA, so they are moderately dangerous to soft targets but very dangerous to hard ones and this might be a convenient starting point.
You could get round the rarity issue by either making them no purchase and allocating either as auxiliary unit for a specific scenario or scenarios (adding an exit hex could allow you to carry it forwards if it survived) or maybe as a Unique unit. I haven't tried one yet but in theory this would be one you can keep until it gets destroyed but not reform or replace. Though powerful, the difficulty of using it would compensate in part. Alternatively make them single use units much like V1 an V2 or like BiteNibbleChomp's WW1 gas shells - drive up, switch, fuel up, and boom!
Whatever the details, well done for inventing it. I might just have enough inspiration from this to get back to work over Easter on my next scenario which involves developing some siege guns.
