belgium is 77/100 all the time, not moving towards entente, even its says it has chosen alliance

now it will take years to cross the alps, what about german infantry startin just nearby bern, so it could cut off railway at least?

Just a few power gamers stuck to the game after everybody else left the game in total disgust, especially if they met those power gamers in MP.
Take a look at the AAR by Operating at Matrix forums and the total unrealistic use of hordes of fighter, bombers and zeps.

i would bet, same people were crying about units for free
u should listen to me, when for example russia got +50 prudction pointes every turn, thats broken
if u dont have too much production points, u cant spam aircrafts
fighters are just toys for children in compare to zeps/blimps

but im afraid supply crisis is too deadly
how long it lasts? vs ai even i catched polivanov, was ai able to anihilate like half of russian units (almost any except armies, which can be encircled as they cant move sometimes)
i can just guess how tough it will be vs human
is there any way to counter it as typhus at balkan?

Every ammo point left at the end of a game turn will lower the chance for the crisis to break out by 2%.
Every point of PP left at the end of a game turn will lower the chance by 1%.
The crisis will last up to 5 turns, longer if "Russian Surprise Attack" has happened.
It cannot end in winter.
It can be ended earlier if you play "Polivanov" event, in this case even in winter.

50 ammo will NOT safe you from the crisis altogether since there are a lot of other variables that are fed into the function, but it will give you a good chance to delay the crisis long enough.
Just don't attack like mad in winter and you should be fine.

Every attack made BY you and made ON you by the enemy had a chance to damage your war effort. It will take a few turns to get back up again.

But your description of the supply crisis sounds rather severe.
I will upload V4.78 in a few minutes that will help with that issue in the future.
