ver 1.1 is released.
Download links are in the first post of this topic.

Changes in v1.1

- RumpNissen's custom flags added
- Messages added to scenario 2 warning the player to hurry as further victory objectives would be designated later (following Uhu's suggestion)
- More partisans added to scenario 3 and the defense of Crete is stronger (following Uhu's suggestion)
- U-boat war made a bit easier and more accessible
- Various changes and fixes in scenario 4 and in the equipment file (follwing poster's feedback)
- UI changed so that it is no longer possible to check how much ammo and fuel the enemy units have at any given time leaving the player to make guesses (following Chris10's original idea)
- Soviet railroad lines and map somewhat revised using WWII era maps
- Images added to in-game message boxes
- Some new or modified unit icons added

That's all for now. Something for the eyes, something for historical accuracy. Fair enough, I suppose.

But McGuba doesn't have Stormtroopers armed with High Tech radar now does he? (He does have some killer Finnish Jagers though :) and a StuG!)

My stormtroopers aren't just armed with radar, but with CRUISE MISSILES! 1 missile could destroy a battalion of Stugs

Hmmm... Now this sounds intriguing. You're really trying to tempt me aren't you?

Nope. Must stick with the original plan. Moscow or bust.

You and me both. Every time I start to make some progress I get sidetracked with another cool mod idea. Not enough hours in the day...

Hope this is okay...

I got a PM asking me to share the historically accurate wavy flags for this mod, and being technically impaired, I can't figure out how to add an attachment to a PM. So rather than upload a very tiny file to a file host, I thought I'd just post it here.

It is actually impossible to add an attachment to a PM

I'm swamped with ideas at the moment

- 1914-45 Campaign
- War of the World WWI
- WWI GC
- World's largest Pacific map
- not quite as big Pacific Map
- Afrikakorps made huge
- and more!

Cannot decide! I ended up giving up on a game I nearly won (like, 5 turns away) to make a mod - so yeah, totally in agreement

You have to understand that I had to give it a try. It DID worth an attempt.

Wise decision, by the way.

Hope this is okay...

No problem. However, the "vanilla" version of this mod will remain swastika free for a number of reasons. If someone still wants to play with it he can be pointed to this image.

You are welcome. If you, or anyone else have any questions or comments on how to make it possibly even better feel free to make a post here. Just do not ask me to include even more historical battles as I ran out of AI zones.

How about an elit core Stormtrooper Campaign 1914-2014? That would span a whole century!!! Think big.

Man everyday that passes, the more and more I'd wish Slith would add modding to the iOS app! This mod by itself is like 3 expansions in one!

I have finished it!
On Rommel level, with a Victory (MV)! 8)
- The Sovietunion was crushed (last objectives taken in 96th turn)
- All oil fields were taken
- Tunisia was held (attacking forces destroyed, ex-Vichy France territories retaken)
- The Allied landing in Normandy was eliminated
- The landing in England was initiated although I saw that there will be not enough time to conquer the Isles.

Summary:
A super, brilliant mod, I recommend it to everybody!! (But you need a lot of time for it... :P )
If you play it on Rommel, you will have really scarce resources, so you will have an extra task to play the role of Herr Speer. This brings extra strategical aspects to the game!
You need very carefully plan your moves almost every unit should has a task - although there are many of them... - other way later from late 1942 you will have absolute no chance.
WARNING! Play it only if you are focused and fresh and not tired: this mod needs big focus and if you don't have it, you will make mistakes from this situation.
Don't say: "Just one more turn... "

I will make a strategic guide when I got time and energy for that. Maybe a story of the events too (AAR). Stay tuned!
(Although I have to plan the new strategy, how I can conquer England too...........)

You actually won?! On Rommel?! You MUST make an AAR! How does one even survive the Soviet steamroller!

Did you get to London on your Sealion?
