Es gibt 2 schlechte Nachrichten:

1. Andurill ist leider plötzlich und für uns alle unfassbar vor kurzem verstorben. RIP.
2. An alle Nutzer, Gäste und User von DMP.
Aufgrund der neuen Gesetze des Europäischen- und Deutschen Rechts zum Urheberrecht sind einige Designmodproject ( DMP ) Inhalte
auf ungewisse Zeit in einigen Bereichen wie die freien Downloads unzugänglich!
Wir versuchen so schnell als geht die Inhalte wieder freizugeben.
Der Generalanwalt des Europäischen Gerichtshof hat aufgrund der Klage Polens gegen Artikel 17 eingelenkt.
Es besteht somit große Hoffnung, dass ab Geltung der neuen Gesetze der Dienstanbietergesetze Länder der Europäischen Union, insbesondere Deutschlands
nachbessern müssen.
Die Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte ( GFF ) ist aktiv an den Entwicklungen beteiligt und es sollen ihnen Klagerechte eingeräumt werden, die einzelnen Anbietern
Klagen ersparen.
