How far have you come? Are there lots of complicated rules to learn?

If it was another time of the year I wouldn't have hesitated to apply but with vacation and stuff coming up I'm not sure it would be fair...

No turns have started all we have done is players had some back door negotiations.. no turns have been done
(although players have sent in their ist turn builds etc )
Complicated rules? suggest you download them and the map so you can judge yourself
No idea how active other players might be in the summer ( I'll likly be away a week in July)
I thought that if it was a lot to digest all of you might have to wait before I could convey a correct first turn. I've had a quick look at the rules and I think it's not that complicated as it might seem at a first glance.
