I'm tempted, I'm very tempted... :D
How far have you come? Are there lots of complicated rules to learn?
Do you think you're going to be very active during summer?
If it was another time of the year I wouldn't have hesitated to apply but with vacation and stuff coming up I'm not sure it would be fair...

Some general answers

No turns have started all we have done is players had some back door negotiations.. no turns have been done
(although players have sent in their ist turn builds etc )

Complicated rules? suggest you download them and the map so you can judge yourself :D
No idea how active other players might be in the summer ( I'll likly be away a week in July)

I will be away two weeks at begining of August so I expect it will be slow burn over the summer - I think Keyth has done a great job on the rules and given the way folk contributed are likely to continue to evolve well.

I thought that if it was a lot to digest all of you might have to wait before I could convey a correct first turn. I've had a quick look at the rules and I think it's not that complicated as it might seem at a first glance. Judging by the response (thanks for yours) the activity isn't that hectic anyways :)
I think I'll pm keyth and see what he has to say...there might not even be a need for a new player at all!
Edit:Triarius, your answer came while I was typing :P

Morning gents,

hidde is our new 8th player and I will be getting him up to speed ASAP. Slow burn over the summer is fine :)

Hi guys,

Sorry for the extra delay - I was posted away without much internet access. Should get things rolling imminently.

Cheers,

Keyth

Don't want to sound negative the first thing I do, but...it's been more than 14 days now. I haven't got anything.
Keyth, if you don't have access to the internet and this is put on hold for some time please inform us and we can start again after summer is over.
