Just like last time, this is the topic for making challenges in your bracket. Posts should include relevant armies, player names, acknowledgement of personal message being sent, and the password for the locked challenge in multiplayer. If there are any problems with this, just let me or another tournament organizer know.

During the competition, please contact your opponent and myself if you are going to be delayed. Failure to do so could lead to the game being claimed by your opponent and for you to be replaced by a reserve.


Challenge format for Classical: open, potluck, 24 turns, 40W x 32H maps and 1600 points.

Here is one way you can phrase your challenge: "Geffalrus (Antigonids 320-301) challenges ericdoman1 (Macedonians 328-321); match is up, personal message sent, and password is.... blueberries"

To make it easier for players to know they have received a challenge. Go to private messages, board preference, edit global settings and hit yes for everything. You will receive an email informing you of private messages and PBEM notifications.

This is not compulsory, but it might be worth editing your match challenge post with the phrase: “game started” - doing so will help the organizers keep track of how things are progressing.

Enjoy and have a "chat" with your opponent. You may have quite a lot in common.
