Yep he did Br4zil.
Look at page 10 around 2 post beneath yours. There you´ll find a quick fix for "the invisible man" bug.
I guess he will have changed it permanently with the new version

Welcome BR4ZIL, one of my most faithful follower of my campaigns! Yes, I know, the Hungarian front has a ceasefire since long time...still my standpoint is, that I will not let it unfinished. What is "dangerous", that, after changing the stats of IC to BE 1.7 Uhu's version (mostly), and it worked - a big difference is, that because of the slower tranporters for the heavier guns, I use more 105mm's -, I got thoughts to modify the Zrínyi Campaign also in that way...but I do not want to replay that heroic won battles!
Anyway, before such changes, sure first the original campaign will be finished.

I guess i shall have to serve under Mussolini once more!
And how are things on the Hungarian front Uhu? I am still reluctant to finish that mod and get that empty feeling of reaching the cliffhanger ending
Oh, btw... did you incorporated the Bulgarian infantry fix? That problem that the Bulgarian units would become invisible and crash the game.

Hello,
Sorry if this question's been asked before: I'd like to play the Italian Campaign but I don't know how to install it. Could someone help me out or point me to a link?
Thanks a lot,
Roland
P.S: BTW, I don't know if it's important for the installation, but I have all the PzC DLCs, including Soviet Corps and the US grand Campaign

Welcome Roland,
did you read the installation steps inside the readme file of the mod (after renaming the downloaded doc file extension to zip)? There is a step by step manual how to install it. Although there is no info for Steam version, probably it is also not complicated.
Still, would recommend to wait a few weeks before playing it, because there will be soon an advanced, upgraded version with a lot of new features in it.

Thank you Richard1 and Uhu.
To Uhu: no, I hadn't noticed there was an installation manual in the readme file. I had problems downloading the doc file, and as I thought I was doing something wrong with the installation I didn't see the notice. Thank you for pointing that out to me. I will definitely try your new version coming out in a few weeks!

Okay, the trick is to get something that recognizes the file downloaded from WordPress as anything but a ".doc" type file. Simply suffixing it with ".zip" didn't fool anything I had. Finally downloaded "PeaZip" from CNET file downloads. It believed me after a little fiddling. The notes in the unzipped folder explained what else to do. Once set up in the Generic Mod Enabler as described (and included by the way in the package) everything worked.
Just tried it a bit last night and I think the authors did a splendid job! I really like the challenges of the early war armored vehicles, before the ubertanks of the latter periods. Those BF-109's are already terrors, but that's part of the equation.
My wish is that some youngster with energy and skills I don't have would make an alternate history for the French.

Hmm, an invisible Bulgarian cavalry unit caused a crash. I thought that had been fixed????

Thank you, Daon. I can see I'm going to learn more things about the "back office" of games than I thought. It'll be fun to try (he told himself).

Thank you guys for your patiance!
- I wanted to publish at least the first new part, but I couldn't solve the "crazied transports availability" issue. It's not a big problem, but still, I would find it lame, to write a notification, that for gameplay immersion, the player should only choose the given transportation for the given unit...
- I will make another try to edit the Battlefield 1.8 equipment file - it will be an enormous task to edit all the unit changes, which I use, but I don't see now other options.
- Maybe it is worth to think about using the 1.30 patch too, although it made my game crash many times in BE...

Re: Italian Campaign 2.0 (v.1.6 on 25th May 2014)
Hi Folks, I restarted the campaign using the correct "1.14" combat. And then an invisible Bulgarian Infantry crashed things. Can someone feed me the image and expected "name" please?
On the other hand, I really, really like this campaign so far! Are there other "gotcha's" I should be prepared for?
