Where have you been, Okie?
It means that your army must not be larger than 50 units and that you may not pick more than 10 light foot (LF) skirmisher units in your army.

Hello there, you are very welcome to join the FOG Digital League. If you could use the Palmyran army please as there is already a Dominate Roman army being used. I will send you a private message (PM) in a moment. Just click on "new messages" in the top left hand corner of the page to receive the message.
