Challenge1 - Palmyran 258-273 AD defeated edb1815 - Breton 411-579 AD 51-17

The Palmyrans had a large difficult hill to defend in the middle of the field and fair play to the Bretons that they decided to have a go and take it.
While the rest of the battlefield saw the usual ebb and flow it was ultimately the hill and it's defence that won the Palmyrans the day.

Blagrot - Scots 1155-1161 AD with Scots (Isles and Highlands) 1050-1319 AD allies beat Supervark - Anglo-Irish 1167-1276 AD with Irish 1131-1259 AD allies 67% - 38%

Very much a game of two halves this one, early on the scots centre-right stormed a hill, killing the archers and their bodyguards whiule the centre was indecisive and the Scots left was ambushed and slaughtered. I could reinforce my centre faster though and the trimuphant Irish were mowed down under a relentless march of spearmen. Thanks for the game
