i have to admit i rather wish i'd taken more notice of Phil and taken Navaresse instead of alex mac.

having thought that the "super" troops of v2 would be knights, pike and elephants, i have to say that's been reduced to just knights.. certainly not elephants. moan moan.

This is the second time in 3 or 4 years that dave_r has been first loser by entering the period where the big boys aren't (and I am sorry but if Pete is taking Aztec's I know he is not serious...) and having exactly the same score as the winner. Even with those dodgy dice he could not win. dave_r, when exactly are you going to win properly at Britcon...?

Most of the "big boys" were in medieval this year. I played the players in 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th. Breaking two of them, one winning draw against Dave Handley and a flat draw against Pete.

More importantly, on the bhgs score sheet I am shown as 1 and not equal first.

So Yah boo sucks to you too

If you mean the flank march, then 1 BG knights, 1 BG of 4xLF all allied.
