1–2 July 1941 – Demolition of the Berezina bridges, gaining time for withdrawal.

3–4 July 1941 – Counterattack from Bukareva to retake Tolochin and capture German airfields.
Battle of the Dnieper – Mogilev
10–11 July 1941 – Hold or destroy bridges, brutal house-to-house fighting.
Jarzevo Retreat
15–16 July 1941 – Breakout of Soviet forces through the German encirclement.
Smolensk – First Defensive Line
20–21 July 1941 – Defend the outskirts against Panzer Groups 2 & 3.
Battle of Yelnya
24–25 July 1941 – Local Soviet counterattack, first success in summer 1941.
Breakout at Dorogobuzh
1–2 August 1941 – Breakthrough of encircled forces to the new front line.
Rzhev–Vyazma Defense
5–6 August 1941 – First defensive battles before Moscow, holding the key routes.
Vyazma – The Great Pocket
7–8 October 1941 – Start of Operation Typhoon, defense and encirclement.
Breakout at Gzhatsk
9–10 October 1941 – Survival and escape through a narrow corridor.
Mozhaisk Line
12–13 October 1941 – Defense of the last fortified line before Moscow.
At the Gates of Moscow
15–16 October 1941 – Final defensive and delaying actions before the capital.
Changes to the title or content are possible, but the number of missions remains at 15.
