I play Order of battle through Stream. How do I fix the Red Star Rostov defeat error?

There is a hotfix for this scenario: Red Star, Rostov scenario, hotfix

The note accompanying that file link does not address Steam directly but I would imagine that you will find the required destination as a subfolder of this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

It is believed that this issue will be officially fixed with the next program update that accompanies the release of Red Steel, which should be soon.
