Yes, that would work if it is programmable.

IMO, if one human player's unit is harassed by LF turn after turn, he will do something to get rid of the skirmisher, usually charging the LF in his turn. So we don't even need impetuous charge.

What if the unit is camped on a hill though? Then he may be inclined to sit there. Sometimes this is OK in the context of a battle, but sometimes it leads to a sterile game.

A ranged attack from the ZOC of impetuous unit could have of chance of triggering a immediate charge. Then actively turning away from skirmishers would be pretty hard and pointless since the enemy could just move to better shooting position on his own turn.

In the current version a player has no control of evades, but has full control of charges. Personally, I don't think I like the all or nothing approach for both.

In Australia you eat Vegemite, not Marmite, and although they look the same and are made the same way, they do taste different (though probably not to people who don't like them). My brother had to test the content of Vegemite for his science course - result was 99% salt! Still a good antidote for drinking too much beer, though, because of its high vitamin B content.

Personally I'd rather rub sand in my eyes than eat Marmite. People who make Marmite should be.... no, I can't say what I think... This advert sums it up for me... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzeOPTkod4k
