We mostly play with the tourney rule that no artillery can be initially deployed capable of shooting into the flank zones so that would encompass this anyway.HOWEVER there would need to be a rule no fortifications with artillery within 5MU of the flank zone and that is just getting to be too much like hard work.
All pretty much not moot now anyway.
