Also when does 'Any player may use any of the lists below with the exception that anybody ranked in the top 20 FOG R rankings may not take a Swiss army or use any integral Swiss' apply?

Kick off is 9.00 am unless you mean at what point Alasdair delivers the knock out blow which will be sometime around 16.30
