No. You must remove the nearest. Not "the most shot at". And if there's more than one nearest, you get to choose. Since in your diagram all four HW bases are nearest, you get to choose which you lose. And them you have to fill in from the back ranks. Then you lose another base. Assuming you haven't moved, you again get to choose - so you could choose one of the three remaining HW bases, or the base that filled the vacant front rank position.zoltan wrote:Let's start again.

It does feel odd occasionally but to be hoenest it rarely makes a difference. I think it's that way to make it simple.
