Brilliant news. I had assumed I would be competition less after BritCon and now there is a potential one in France and Warfare. Huzzah!

That's right. Jaen (near Granada), 22-23 September. So far, 20 players have put their names down.

That's good to hear Jerome.

I would have liked to have gone to Paris in September but the cost of travel is very high.

What form of transport do you use to come over to England?

I come with a car through the tunnel. It's quite fast as I live an hour away from CALAIS (near Agincourt).
The cost for the journey forth and back to Britcon was 100£ for the tunnel. It should be somewhat cheaper out of holidays periods.
Anyway, if you come with friends the cost of the tunnel is then much less...
Petrol(Diesel) is also much cheaper in France !

I Hope you can make it to Paris !

Jerome, I'm in Belgium for a week (from this weekend). Was thinking about taking my sons to Agincourt. Maybe we can get together one evening.

Good idea Alan,

I play FOG with Lionel COLIN on Tuesday evening. You're welcome to play with us and have a beer with pizza :D
Otherwise, I play a demo 1000pts FOG game with Olivier on friday evening at the club near LILLE (south by the motorway).

send me a private mail to arrange this...

Yours

Jerome

hammy wrote:My understanding is that it is OK to play FoG with people who have not signed an NDA but that such people cannot take a copy of the rules away.

I would want to be sure with JD but would that be enough to get people playing?

Hammy
If that is the case, would it be OK for me to arrange a game or two at the club for others?
Many have heard bad reports and are becoming ill-disposed towards FoG without having seen anything of them!
If this is possible I could work out the respective army lists for them and generally do the rules lawyering etc.
