We've attempted a fix for this new issue and updated the hotfix zip. Can you download the new hotfix and see if it helps.

So far the new fixed hotfix works, no hourglass anymore so far!

I installed the hotfix to prevent the endless hourglass problem and now the game dont want to start anymore!

I reinstalled the game, patched and applied the hotfix and everything is ok now, phew :)
