Like I've said, your type of issue is usually related with safety programs. So let's remove G-Buster Browser Defense and Avira. Then run Process Explorer again and post again "Procexp.txt" to see if anything related with both programs are still present.
I've read a lot of people complaining with system collateral effects caused G-Buster Browser Defense. That's out best chance now.

Have you installed it because you do home banking? If that's the reason you'll have to install it again after.
