Re: Britcon Army Lists
Early Medieval German
14 BGs of 4 bases average armoured lancer sword cavalry.
4 TCs
To be fair, two of the BGs were only short spear sword.
Failed to push Phil off the table because he was ill.

Re: Britcon Army Lists
Do we get to guess what army list this random collection of units was drawn from, or is it just a case of "All of Dave's armies have the same basic composition of "too many skirmishers and a small number of mounted lancers" so the name of any given army doesn't really matter" ?dave_r wrote:
I used:
1x IC
2 x TC
3 x 4 average LH bow
4 x 4 superior LH bow, lt spear, swordsmen
3 x 4 undrilled knights
2 x 6 poor lf bow
1 x 4 average lh lancer swordsmen
Finished sixth out of thirty two.

Especially since I actually finished joint sixth!spike wrote:Philphilqw78 wrote:Its not about fairness Dave, its about skill, which you were obviously lacking. Or are you going to balme the dice again like last night?dave_r wrote:In the interests of fairness i feel obliged to pointout that 90 minutes into our game we both thought it was going to be 25-0. And not to the irish!
Or is it nobody has any interests in fairness providing you lose.
I thought he did quite well to come in joint 7th, considering he predictably he was using his usual collection of rubbish![]()
