About the 101st Airborne I could recommend "101st Airborne - Screaming Eagles at Normandy":

http://www.amazon.co.uk/101st-Airborne- ... 973&sr=8-1

The author is a well known member of the 101st Airborne community and even answers personal questions through his website. I got the hardcover a while back, but it seems to be a little pricey at the moment.

For the german reading community I can recommend "Erinnerung an die Tiger-Abteilung 503: Die schwere Panzerabteilung 503 an den Brennpunkten der Front in Ost und West":

http://www.amazon.de/Erinnerung-die-Tig ... 068&sr=8-4

The book is comprehensive and filled with personal experiences.

I'm also looking for a ww2 books, very best and unbiased ones. I haven't read much yet, and although there is a very big variety of ww2 themed books on market, I'm kinda afraid of commie/antinazi propaganda, especially by russian authors.
Needed easy to read, but historycal works about blitzkrieg and eastern front, maybe some fair analysis. Thanks in advance.
P.S. so far from already mentioned interesting for me books translated and available in my region I found only one.

All

A colleague of mine (I teach international relations at an Australian University) researches the strategic implications of technology policy and has an interest in Nazi Germany's industrial policy. Scanning his bookshelf I found the following books:

Jean-Louis Roba, Foreign Planes in the Service of the Luftwaffe, Barnsley, South Yorkshire: Pen and Sword Aviation, 2009 ISBN 1848840810
http://www.amazon.com/FOREIGN-PLANES-SE ... 1848840810 [How does one make URL links in these posts?]

Anthony Tucker-Jones, Hitler's Great Panzer Heist: Germany's Foreign Armour in Action 1939-45, Barnsley, South Yorkshire: Pen and Sword Military, 2007 ISBN 184415548X
http://www.amazon.com/Hitlers-Great-Pan ... 540&sr=1-1

He also recommends several of the books from the Schiffer Military History books http://www.schifferbooks.com/newschiffe ... ory_id=738, specifically the volumes on captured vehicles and armour.

Cheers
