Germany develops surface ships level 2.
Finland joins the axis.
Army Group von Manstein 2 armies in Sweden are railed into Finland. His other 2 armies are at the german/ussr border at the baltic coast ready to link up with his assault on leningrad.
Upgrades and repairs are made.
An italian mot inf corps is deployed in turin. The first unit built for a new mech army for Army Group Guderian.
2 german mot inf corps are deployed this turn also. They will combine with a romanian mot inf in turkey to form the third mech army of Mech Army Group Rommel.

Axis attacks in England begin again.
For some annoying reason von Mansteins mech units in Finland can only move 2 hexs, despite forest having a 1 vehicle movement?
Barbarossa results from a simple tactical setup from baltic to the black seas of 8 infantry armies.

An new italian mot inf corps is deployed in venice. It is the first unit built of a mech army for General Kesslering who will be promoted to Field Marshall soon.
Port Said is captured by one of Rommel's mech armies and an italian infantry army.
Italian naval units will eventually be convoy and dd hunting of allied ships in the Battle of the Atlantic.
The second of mech army of Mech Army Group Rommel prepares to invade Iran next turn.
Note the captured iraqi oil well.
Rommel's third mech army is near batumi: 2 on land and 2 in transports.

Tactical blunder in Odessa took place. On the previous turned I killed the unit in the city, but instead of occupping the city I advanced as far as possible, thinking I had cut it off from ussr builds. But ussr clear hec to uusr port hex to unccuppied ussr city hex must count as connected.
