Volunteers needed to translate new strings for next update

Because it is impossible to convey a full explanation in a short checkbox label, I am adding tooltips for each of the checkboxes.

IDS_TT_RANKED_GAME, "Include result of challenge in Slitherine's Elo ranking system.",
IDS_TT_ALLOW_REROLLS, "Allow game to be conceded during either player's first two turns, without it being scored for Elo purposes. This is permitted in some tournament systems to allow the challenge to be re-recreated with a new random map.",
IDS_TT_PAIRED_GAME, "The challenge will be set up twice, on identical maps, with each player commanding Side A in one version and Side B in the other.",

And will change the previous two strings to:

Also, I am not convinced that it conveys the appropriate information: If "Autoriser les changements aléatoires de terrain" translates roughly as "Allow random terrain changes", I really don't think that conveys the information that you are allowing the map to be re-rolled.

"Autoriser les changements aléatoires de terrain" translates as "Allow random changes of terrain". That's the changes that are random. It could be shortened as "Autoriser les changements de terrain" ("Allow changes of terrain" ie "Allow new terrain") with little change of meaning.

Bearing in mind that there is no "button" to simply re-roll the random map, what you are actually allowing is the challenge to be set up from scratch again as a means of getting a new map, allowing the discarded challenge to be ignored for Elo purposes. It is hard to convey all of this in a short UI label.

So you might think of making your label a translation of "Allow re-starts", instead of "Allow re-rolls".

c) (Personal preference) ‘Ceci est autorisé dans certains systèmes de tournoi pour permettre de recréer le défi avec une nouvelle carte aléatoire.’ is a bit ‘heavy’, clumsy if you understand what I mean. My suggestion : ‘C’est autorisé dans certains systèmes de tournoi pour permettre de relancer le défi avec une nouvelle carte aléatoire.’
