I'm connecting at over 900 MPS.
I sent Support (support@slitherine.co.uk) an email and a ticket was generated over a week ago and nothing back from them.
Checked again just now and still timing out.
I did a health check and my game is working fine.

Thanks for the info... yeah, that should certainly be working more than fine! I'm going to talk to the server ops and see if there's any logs that might help diagnose this

edit: Is it timing out when you are logging in, or when you're bringing up the games list, or when you're trying to load a game?

I have an opponent who plays only ONE game upon the two. With the chat ingame, i warned him that we have TWO games to play alltogether but he didn't respond. He keeps playing the same game.
So we have a game on turn 3 and the other not even started

May i have a way to contact him by mail in order to warn him ? Because if he doesn't look at my message ingame and doesn't visit this forum he will never see my messages

Thanks for the flag. TBH, your in-game message is probably the most likely thing that they'll see.

If they don't play the other game, then they'll find themselves removed from the tournament and you'll receive a walk-over in that other game.

I just received an email with the message, "We noticed you have downloaded some turns multiple times". Absolutely not true!

Here we are 3 days later and I just received another email saying, "We noticed you have downloaded some turns multiple times", and it's still not accurate. There's definitely a problem somewhere and it's not with me since I've only re-downloaded a turn once and that was on turn one and it was due to part of the screen being obscured on 3440x1440 resolution. As I said in my previous response... what's up?

I played my turn 8a and got the game "stuck" when I went to deploy a naval unit after I'd lost one in my opponent's turn 7b. The game "froze" with the message "Do you want to revive a destroyed unit?" I finally was able to clear that message and deploy my revived naval unit, but when I tried to end my turn that message kept popping up on the screen and I couldn't end my turn. I finally had to close the game and reload. I tried very diligently to replicate my previous moves so that my turn ended up the way it was before I was frozen out. I did not do that to cheat or obtain a different outcome to my turn. Has this happened to anyone before?

Today Sunday, around 18:38 (UTC+1) my computer crashed in the middle of the game (2nd round of the OoB:WW2 Tournament in progress).
Untimely return to the desktop then restart after closing a few frozen applications. I'm still on Win7 (sorry ...)
Are there precautions to be taken to avoid this type of crash and, in doing so, not to look like a dirty cheat when we resume the game?

I had the same message after I had a major crash on my computer and reloaded all games. Maybe it helps if you download the the latest update again and then sign in.

My opponent 'napoleon 1802' has not delivered a turn since March 10th. We used to do 1-2 turns a day.

Now its FLEET CMD time ... and I don't know what to do w/ the factories ... I own one when starting ... but it's not checked in the secondary objectives box; must I bomb it?

The factories are just target practice. Does not have any impact on scoring.

A strange thing happened in my on-going Naval Campaign battle in the tournament. I'm playing as Japanese. Turn 6 when I got reinforcements, I stopped being given bombers even though I accumulate 5 factory munitions each turn. I had 9 "Secure factory..." points in turn 6. Turn 7 I had 14 points. Turn 8 I have 19 points. Why have the bombers stopped being issued to my airfield? In the other battle where I am the American Navy there has been no interruption of the issuing of bombers to me.

I'm at turn 12 of the Bootcamp Fleet Command battle fighting as IJN and I've accumulated 39 reinforcement points instead of receiving the bombers that I'm supposed to get for every 5 points. If you have available resources and command points, purchase new units.

The bombers provided by the points you earn from occupying the munitions factories cannot be purchased. They are automatically given to a player once the player accumulates 5 munitions points. I have accumulated 39 munitions points but am not being issued the bombers that the rules claim I should get. I was issued 2 bombers before turn 6 when I had accumulated enough points, but after turn 5 they stopped being issued to me and my munitions points keep adding up. Is there a supply chain problem from the States or are the longshoremen in Australia on strike, again?

For what it's worth, it's not just you. Thanks for flagging this, I've just had a look and there a bug in the scenario for the Japanese side. This will affect all users (you'll only get 1 torpedo and 1 dive bomber as Japan). Sorry about that, it'll be fixed in the next patch (after the tournament has finished)
