It's the Derventio near Ratae Corieltauvorum. I have now specified that in the second post (the rules): thanks!

Also, I have changed to 1.5 MP (from 2) for roads when not in between controlled structures (still 1 MP when between two controlled structures).

Furthermore, we will probably allocate control of some structures to the different factions already at start: CaptainWalterSavage is looking that as we speak... :)
