Are you going to fix this? Judging from the small number of views and replies to this message on the forum, either only a few of us are having this problem, or no body much cares. Seems strange, as all those who bought Field Marshall get nothing. I must be missing something (other than the upgrades..._)

We have fixed the issue. You've to redownload the remastered setup 1.10 file (it has the same date but it's a new file) from your account and install it.
Before reinstalling, uninstall your current version.

I uninstalled mine okay via Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features

Hey everyone, I bought the FME way back on opening day, but I still haven't figured out how to get the DLC's for free, every time I add them to the cart it wants me to pay. I don't see a link or button in the game where it gives me a code for them... can someone help?

You don't add them to the cart.
If you have the latest update they should be there.
There was an issue with this update, but it should have been fixed.
Start a 'New Campaign, AOSCW and AO39 should be there, if not down load this update again.
If that doesn't work, got to Tech Support Sub Forum and post problem there.

Moderators, can you give a simple reply, has this problem been fixed? I tried to install the update on sunday 28th sept. and it is still saying old version and uninstall it. What is the advice?

for me, the update is blacked out and I think I need it to load the 1944 DLC cause nothing has worked
