Re: 420 AD Grand Campaign
Lysimachos I have a question. I'm a bit of a newbie so forgive my ignorance. When I set up a battle(my invasion of Moesia) how do I make my army the required points? 1500 and forty points? how do I adjust the points system? Thanks in advance.

At the bottom of the custom battle screen (both in SP snd MP mode) you'll find a box named "hiding advanced options".AlexDetrojan wrote: ↑Sun Jul 08, 2018 4:06 pm Lysimachos I have a question. If you click it other parameters will appear on the right.
Clicking on "Force points" and "Force Points B" you'll be able to customize the size of both armies.
The "FP increment" parameter allows you to determine the amount of the increment or decrement of the force points of 1, 10, 50 and 100 pts.
The same happens when entering in the

As already stated some days ago by the Royal Society of the Ptolemaic Geographers the earth is flat and Drangiana borders only with Aria, Gabiene, Carmania and Gedrosia but not with Media.
So that the rulers of the Kushans has to declare which of this Sassanid province he is going to invade before starting the attack!

Nay...the Omnipotent one is always correct...it is just that the army is slow...it is still dawdling in Drangiana...and if sassanids are there, the army will swat aside the gnats of the desert, while i await in media...drinking some of the Roman wines that trickle into this region, to see if they are to my liking.Lysimachos wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 7:11 amHail to the Omnipotent!klayeckles wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 4:23 am Kushans attack against sassanids: attack Media from Drangiana

It seems we have to assume that the Kushan army is heading from Drangiana toward Gabiene, given the fact that this is the only province that borders with Media, where the Omnipotent One is already sipping wine waiting his soldiers to reach him.
So Kabill is now able to make his moves ...

Re: 420 AD Grand Campaign
the Omnipotent One has sampled the Mediterranean wines and found it to our liking! The attack on Media was successful after a swirling battle of cavalry ended in disaster for the Sassanian hosts. Kush defeats Kabills sassanids 48 to 15 +/-
his counterattack is still in the works
Gabiene...gabiene gabiene....Media some other time

I've returned a turn, as I got a rally at the start of my turn. But I'm happy for you to call it over if you want, as you should win on the next turn anyway.

Sassanids rallied and hung on for another couple turns...making things very interesting. then the extra numbers of kushan cav made the difference.

Re: 420 AD Grand Campaign
After a really hard fought match, decided by the cavalry and the superior number of the Roman army, the Byzantines were able to defeat the Vandals and conquer Trinacria.
At the news, the Emperor rejoyced in his heart, having always dreamt of sunbathing on the coasts of this beatiful island and immediately ordered the construction of a new palace on the seaside ...

Re: 420 AD Grand Campaign
the covert action in Insubria from Arvernia was successful...the romans lose another province to the insurrection at the urging of the omnipotent's spies.
a kingdom of saisson's style army invaded there to fight a roman army...and succeeded in turning a flank enough to break the romans down.
