Re: Nosy_Rat's 30 match winning run in Early Middle Ages has ended!
No shame in losing to Macedonczyk. I would be quite shameful if so.

Division D for Delightful
Barrold713 (Persians) defeats SawyerK (Indian) 49-19
The Persians had their way with the Indian list in both games. Map was not their friend either.

Division C
kraff (Numidian or Moorish 55 BC-6 AD) defeats oscarius (Spanish (Sertorius) 80-70 BC): 61-32.
A very fortunate battle for the Numidians, as the Lusitanians showed up with their scary and superior medium foot supported by some Roman legionaries. The battle was decided mainly on a big patch of rough ground, where the Numidians managed to outflank their opponents and rout them, even sending some legionaries running for the hills.

Division C
Aetius39 (Andalusian) defeats Stew101 (Frankish) 66-58
As is often the case with our battles with Stew, this one was challenging, close, and exciting! It came down to the second to last turn, although a few early turns were spent in both armies repositioning themselves on the battlefield. The Andalusian left made headways into the Franks, but the opposite was happening on their other flank. There were many ups and downs, and in the end both armies were broken, worn-out, and low on troops. The Franks broke first, although it could easily have been the other way around as many Andalusian units were close to auto-break and/or fragmented. Very close game, and Stew played excellently, as usual.^^ GG!

Division E
random27 - Roman 285-312 AD with Arab (Bedouin) 300-636 AD allies beat Tratmot - Armenian 253-476 AD with Roman 285-312 AD allies Result :66-43
There were two big hill near the starting line of armenian , armenian archers and irregular took the first one easily and killed a lot of romans , the second one see a fight between roman best troops and less good armenian warriors , but rough ground helped armenian to survive.
At the bottom of the hill , roman infantry were waiting for armenian cataphracts and light cavalry tried to take the flank
the batlle was everywhere and a lot of soldiers in each camp died
armenian cataphracts and roman superior infantry were forced by both sides to fight in the rough ground
I think that tratmot made a mistake once (i did some others and him too) when he tried to charge with perturbated cataphracts , that was for me the end of the battle .
They lose the charge , leave an essential position and permit me to charge after that the flank of other cataphracts with cavalry
It was a very good fight , i begin to play better my army when it s the end of the tournament
Thank you tratmot for this epic battle
