Just FYI, I had a turn rejected on the Nov 11 server maintenance period, forcing me to reload the turn. (It was the DL game against Triarii.) So that would have been logged as a potential "cheat."

I'd recommend that there be a fairly generous quota for reloads OR, if you report them, that they could be wiped.
