As a P.S.: Yes, I see that downloading from "DMP" can be difficult. I am thinking about a solution here...

But it cannot be sendspace. This is limited to 300 MBs, and my mod is over 700 MBs already.

I'm not entirely sure here, but I think mediafire will allow you to go >500mb. However it is very slow at uploading stuff (my 30mb WWI mod takes 3-4 min to upload every update!)

Ok, chaps...

Here is my first work after a looong (somewhat forced) vacation... I started with a request posted by fellow modder Flakfernrohr in the "Unit Request Thread"... The Soviet IS-4 heavy Tank! As always you will find the complete pack, with base icon, mask, and several units in different camo colors.
Also as it always was the case, feedback is welcome, but be gentle because I still have to re-learn some of the old skills... Anyway, I did my best effort (damned "bright" rogue pixels!). The unit was made used the base image uploaded by Flak in the mentioned thread... I hope you like the new unit (specially Flak!).

PS: Thank you Messmann for uploading your mod to a more accesible file server! I am already downloading it in order to have alook at it!

EDIT: Icon refined, improvements in the main gun barrel, AA Machine-gun and some light pixels eliminated...

Well, continuing with the Soviet heavies, here is one more pack for the sake of completness... The IS-2 heavy tank, I know it is a well known unit with a very good vanilla game icon, but... Here is this pack with some new, "bonus" stuff.
The Base icon and mask folder includes the (slightly improved) icon for the Soviet tank and another set for a German captured tank. Amongst the "ready to play" icons you will find several Soviet camo schemes, a German captured unit, and a "what if" bonus... An IS-2 in (PzCorps) Finnish colors! Just to add some value to an old war horse... Enjoy!

PS: I will start to work on the IS-7 heavy tank very soon... It is difficult to find good images of it

Guille you have outdone yourself. That is the ultimate Soviet tank!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect for fighting Eseries panzers. Soviet fans should be excited. I am even though I usually like to play Germany's side because they had so many neat pieces of armor and weaponry. But what the hell???????????????????????? These Soviet IS4 and IS7 tanks are awesome, just like the IS3. Can only imagine what this bad boy will do in Soviet Storm when added along with the IS4. Thanks Guille! Again.

Flak: I am glad you like them! I for sure enjoyed making those units, and is always a good thing to be able to help a fellow gamer! Besides, so many memories of very happy in-forum times came to my mind... I hope the old chaps will pay a visit from time to time. Maybe this will again be the same marvelous community once was? By the way, Obiekt 279 is approaching!
