Hello to all of you,

I would like to announce that during the last months and weeks, I have completed a lot of German units and masks for German units.

In fact, all the masks for German units are completed, except for airplanes. This includes AT icons for all German units, except for tanks, some artillery, infantry and recon units. In many cases, the base icons have been slightly changed and redesigned. Mistakes have been corrected. :)

Also, there are a lot of new units involved. Such as, for example, fortified Grenadiere and Kommando units. Many new transport units in the original Panzer Corps style are available as well. This work will be available in my upcoming Amulet Mod version 2.0 . Complete with masks and all.

I could show you a few examples from here on now. But I suggest either waiting for the complete mod to come up, and this will include a file with base icons and masks for all units, or - the other possibility - to send the base icons and mask separately. Then, I would suggest to offer them for download in this forum or somewhere else. :)

The only downside would be that you would have to create own animations in some cases, or, which would be the better option, to take offsets and animations from the amulet mod.

Greetings Messman,
I watched your youtube presentation of Amulet Mod v1.0 recently and I thought this was a masterpeice, a most excellent mod. I couldn't load it because I couldn't get enough help over at DMP. I will certainly download your Amulet Mod v2.0 and try it but I need really good detailed installation instructions, in English language.
I'm currently trying to play the Ostfront Mod 4.12 do you know it?
Anyway, keep up your excellent modding work.

Many thanks for your appreciative comments. It was quite some work indeed. But I could build upon the work of others here, and my thanks go to guille and his free to share policy. Without them, the whole thing could not have been finished.

Yes, I know the Ostfront Mod, but not the version you mentioned. I think it works with the new rules, which could be quite a challenge then. Currently, I am not gaming, but the last time (last month the 14th) I played the Ostfront Mod, Army Group North, a session or two.

I think the Ostfront Mod is the mod I like most, especially Army Group South and North. The maps are unconventional, but well thought through. I can recommend this Ostfront Mod for anyone who is out there, especially because of its design and intelligent and challenging scenarios :D Difficultry of of colonel is enough, I think. And I admit that many ideas I had for my own mod came directly from the Ostfront mod.

I think the Amulet Mod 2.0 will be there in a couple of days, depending on the service of DMP. But it will be published, since it is completed. I am still thinking about a few numbers, but it is finished, complete with desert camo for all land units. If have even redesigned the movie, so there will be a new movie describing the mod. :) And: You will find a detailed description in English with installation advice.

I will include a few icons of Kommandos with masks. You will find advice how to color them with Dwights camo sprayshop.

And another one, the Schwimmwagen. In case you use my Kubelwagen, you may just use the same animation and offsets. Create a new movement mode for swimming cars. I have uploaded a movement icon for that in a previous post.

Other than that, I hope the icon is discernible enough.
