Weekly round-up
Division A is getting very exciting now. Ludendorf (Hannibal in Africa) has moved to the top with 5 wins from 6 starts but there are 4 players in a position to mount a challenge in the second half of the season namely Nosy_Rat (Indian), Snugglebunnies (Roman), Triarii (Jewish) and dkalenda (Pontic). Unfortunately herm (Seleucid) has withdrawn from the league and has finished with 8 points giving a clear target for the two players, Cunningcairn (Thracian) and harveylh (Ptolemaic), struggling at the bottom to avoid relegation. nyczar (Spartan) and XLegione (Roman) are neck and neck at the top of Division B with 5 wins each and both Questar17 (Ptolemaic) and Trogilus (Thracian) also have 100% records. devoncop (Etruscan) has opened up a 5 point lead at the top of Division C, but NikiforosFokas is sitting back in fourth place, 8 points behind with 3 straight wins from his 3 starts. SLancaster (Lysimachid) and elrawen (Macedonian) are fighting it out at the top of Division D with elrawen having a slight advantage with a game in hand. It is still possible for Najanaja (Roman) and Challenge1 (also Roman) to make late challenges in the second half of the season. BishUK (Achaemenid) has maintained his grip on the top of Division E this week with another win and now his main challenger looks to be baldrick52 (Indo-Parthian) who has started with 2 straight wins. DanZanzibar (Carthaginian) has moved to the top of Division F this week with his fifth win from 6 starts. Fourth-placed Blagrot (Samnite) looks to be the only player now who can prevent him from winning automatic promotion.

Weekly round-up
In Division A ConstantinIX (Byzantine) is beginning to establish a commanding lead now with 5 wins from 6 matches. klayeckles (Sassanid) is in second place but is 10 points behind now with only 2 games in hand. Nosy_Rat (Western Huns), Triarii (Bedouin) and Questar17 (Ostrogoth) are further back and may be able to make a challenge. Nijis (Sassanid) is still top of Division B but he lost his first match this week to hidde (Indian) who has now moved into second place. Cunningcairn (Arab City), Najanaja (Ancient British) and Schweetness101 (Byzantine) may also get into the contest in the second half of the season. Division C looks to be between IMC (Ancient British) and Challenge1 (Dacian) as they are starting to open a gap at the top plus they have games in hand. In Division D edb1815 (Breton) is looking very confident with 5 straight wins, but he is still being pursued by both bomber23 (Germanic Horse Tribes) and Garokan (Bedouin) who are hoping he slips up somewhere. DanZanzibar (Arab City) has a 10 point lead in Division E after posting his sixth straight win this week. Aetius39 (Palmyran) and MadMaxBot (Roman) are still unbeaten but they have only played a few matches so far. In Division F Warg1 (Arab City) has 6 straight wins as well and is clear of the chasing pack. hyme (Alan) has started with 2 wins and looks the most likely to have a run at taking the automatic promotion place from Warg1.

Weekly round-up
Big news this week in Division A is the resignation of herm (Lydian) which has resulted in all his unplayed matches being awarded to his opponents. So harveylh (Thracian) retains his place at the top of the table and 3 other players, Nosy_Rat (Cimmerian), nyczar (Assyrian) and dkalenda (Urartian) still have 100% records. A very odd looking table in Division B where the players in 7th, 8th and 9th places have yet to be beaten this season. elrawen (Kyrenean) is currently top followed by batesmotel (Achaemenid) and edb1815 (Egyptian), but expect a challenge to materialise from Macedonczyk (Assyrian) who is currently seventh. baldrick52 (Kyrenean) has gone unbeaten throughout the season and is in the clubhouse having set a fairly modest target of 26 points. sarmation (Phokian) looks best-placed to go after this at the moment and needs 18 points from 6 games to tie with baldrick52, 19 to beat him.
