Give Charge

This is a new mod added to all in develop scenarios.

Units that carry demolition charges may now pass a charge to an adjacent unit.

Both units should be capable of carrying charges.
The receiving unit should not be disrupted.
Charges are passed one at a time, this action cost only 1 AP
The receiving unit could not finish with more charges as it has started the game.

This will be very useful when dealing again tanks and after two attempts your infantry finish with any charges left, but other infantries, maybe disrupted, have full of charges yet.

clever mod. the more action buttons the merrier, I always say. I'm still waiting for a "dig in" button. It seems the "craters" overlay tile is an easy mod away from "fox holes". Would you consider that one? They would have to not be visible until you are right on top of them, unlike the craters which you can see from anywhere on the map.

As Pip says, I'll add to my to do list :D
Seriously, some mods are harder to create, and many times not for the complexity of the scripts itself, but for possible implications on others actions and game behavior, so I advance always in "Hunt" mode...

As even a casual scenario designer, I understand your point. The backwards-ripple effects of adding a new mod capability can cause a lot of extra work fixing things for balance.

The Capture of Balta goes to beta 2
After receiving feedback from testers all in the line: it's "impossible for Germans", I decided to give some more units to the German side. Hope this will balance the scenario
  • Fixed some map minor issues
  • Engineers recover the "Remove Hedge" action
  • Fixed a rare bug on Rally action.
  • Added several German units

Well done

Veritas and me think Hube's Pocket may dethrone Arnhem as the best MP scenario ever made (just finished first game--Soviet win).

re Stalingrad scenarios, would love to someday see mods for tunnels and hidden fortified buildings (looks like building but has stats of bunker)

In BA all is possible, but... sometimes very difficult :)
