mike, i resigned and re-posted the challenge because you have to use the army i used against you in round 1, meaning you have to use lombards against my ostrogoths in round 2 (in round 1 your army was ostrogoths and mine was lombards). the same goes for every one of your games.

it's actually a more respectable 35/33. it seems the game goes on even when the looting of your camp at the end of your turn pushes you over the limit. bad programming put the victory check before the camp looting check.

has anyone been playing mike? he seems to have disappeared.

Always carried on into the next turn even if camp is looted. I expect some of us have been involved in that sort of game

Not much else you can do as the game will not allow you to stop playing, unless you the winner resigns. Had a quick look and I was on 26/40, you were on 34/33

However had to carry on fighting and so routed 2 cav (4 bps) and 1 lancer would have pursued into rear of disrupted cav so another bp.

Another lancer cav fragged an mf and if I had known I would not have charged your lf in rear but fought to the front. An lf on 68% casualties facing a disorded hf imp foot sword prot and an average mf bow so I reckon that is another 2 bps which = 8 bps in total and so the game would have ended 26/40 vs 42/33

Your call. I suppose you could always score games where the end result would be, the losing player only loses his initial bp total

So the game would have ended 26/40 vs 33/33 and most of the finished games will have to change end result.

No news from Mike so hope he is OK.
