What's the best option for free WiFi in Manchester? Is there free WiFi in the city centre (courtesy of the land tax payers)?

No free WiFi in Manchester I am afraid.

Your hotel may offer free wifi - but normally in the UK that is a charge for 24 hour service.

Alternatively, there's always starbucks or the like.
