Solemnace Indian (Rajput) 650CE-1049CE defeats Ironclad Avar 632-826 AD with Bulgar (Danube) 47-6

After some pre battle maneuvering the Avars and their Bulgar allies found themselves outmatch against Indian bowmen well protected by Elephants and close fighters. Suffering from shooting and Elephants charges they did there best to resist but it proved to be not enough.

Division B

Maeglyr's Ottomans defeats ulysisgrunt's Frenchs [ 49 - 23 ]

From time to time, even the most solid friendships require a good little conflict to release steam. Speaking of, the French steamrollers really wanted to flatten two or three timariotes.

The French aristocracy, despising the foot soldiers, decided to ignore the earthfills bastions on the Ottoman left flank. There, shelling and janissaries would hide, ready to unleash deadly flocks.

On the right flank, the Ottoman commander-in-chief, Ibrahim Firuz Pasha, a paragon of arrogance, rushed before the jewel of the French nobility, thinking easily avoid their presumed clunky charges. The price was high. Several sipahis formations were trampled upon, without shame.

Learning the lessons of his failure, Ibrahim Firuz Pasha, in a great surge of strategic audacity, firmly decided that it was time for him to courageously flee the battlefield and let his Janissaries open the cans in his place.

The rest of the army knew how to demonstrate discipline in the face of this setback and the knights with lilies, overwhelmed, ended up surrendering their weapons.
I had fun and I feared the knight's wrath until the end. Nothing is sure with these beasts !

Division D

Solemnace Sarmatian 350BCE-25CE defeats Ironclad Macedonian 320-261 BC with Greek 62-35

A hard fought battle indeed. Elephants, spearmen and pikes gave a lot of difficulty to the Sarmatian lancers however after many turns of maneuvering the Sarmatians at last managed to land a string of decisive blows to rout much of the Macedonian Phalanx and force what was left of the Macedonian army to flee the field.

Solemnace Minoan 1600-1450 defeats SawyerK Babylonian 890-729 + Neo-Hittite/Arameaan 890-700 allies 45-13

The battle was hard fought for a long while. But slowly buckling under the pressure the Babylonian's and their allies suddenly collapsed with mass routs all across the battlefield to deliver a swifter victory than expected to the Minoan general who thought hours of hard fighting still remained.

Seriously I think the scores were pretty even only for a string of chain routs to wipe the Babylonians off the table.

Solemnace Sarmatian 350BCE-25CE defeats SawyerK Seleucid 166-125 BC plus Jewish 41-14

The Hellenistic army took up position on two small hills guard by a small lake. This was a strong position and the Sarmatians had some trouble attacking it. However the Elephants had been left at home and so the Sarmatians were able to take their time outmaneuvering the enemy to eventually surround the position and attack from all side to achieve victory.

Captainwaltersavage English 1272 - 1319 with Irish

defeats

Cherebuschka Armenian (Cilicia) 1080-1099 with crusader

52:24

A very narrow battlefield led to a very intense battle. The Armenians and crusaders brought a very interesting army. Early success went to the Armenians who burst through my right flank breaking everything in their path, but bloodlust got the better of the enemy cavalry and they were so busy killing stragglers that I was able to hold in the centre and push forward on the left. The English and the Irish proved to be braver than their opposition and managed to bag a victory before the Armenian cavalry could return to the fray and break my battle line from behind.

Solemnace Swiss 1476CE-1477CE defeats wzfcns french 1480-1483 AD 48-11

While the French knights and their Swiss mercenaries proved to be quite reisliant against the Swiss pikes and Halberds the supporting french units proved less capable. Many were cut down before they exposed the rear of one of the Mercenary Keils to the enemy. They fought on a little longer before collapsing forcing the French to flee before the rest of them were cut down.
