Well, attack is the best form of defence, so I announce an invasion of Arrakis by the (Imitation) Seleucid army of Kappadokia, travelling via the territories of my allies Phanagoria and Utopia. (Assuming they grant permission). Apologies to our mutual ally Canaan - this war has been forced on me by Arrakian racial hatred.

In the spirit of our true Macedonian heritage and the great Alexander we fight with FOW on - none of your imitation Persian practices for us. (Of course I might feel differently when I see the new FOW in action along with the double moves!).

The morale of your "Seleucids" must be shot to know that a Persian army is to replace them. Those who survive the battle (and don't runaway at the first contact) shall be nobly treated by us.

Well I already issued the challenge as per my previous post, which means that our Persian practices prevail. Double moves is on, FOW is off.

It is up to you to demonstrate your resolve and accept the challenge, lest your undefended province be conquered without a fight.

Nice try, but if the so recently introduced double moves are obligatory, so should FOW which has been with us now for a long time.

Sounds like we need the On High to give us a ruling (Peter please visit our mortal realm).
