As always with Ian, a friendly and interesting game. We both played aggressively over a terrain marked by hills, patches of rough ground and a transversal stream. The Etruscans had early successes, chopping my skirmishers to pieces and effectively using their impact foot with terrain advantage against my spearmen. Happily, enough of my chaps survived the onslaught and gradually overwhelmed the Etruscans as the battle lines broke up. This with a bit of luck on the flanks and a couple of late rallies helped the Greeks to a win.
