Hi PHCAS,
"The impossible question"
The old Pacific General has the best music of all times in a WW2 game (either US jazz-blues or Japanese music).
Normally only PAC had the feature to keep multiple planes in a carrier, so far PzKorps only allows only one plane to be refueled and repaired on an aircraft carrier.
If you managed to use this feature in PzKorps, you should be paid by Slitherine!
The Balkan scenario is making progress now. It will be complicated because a lot of things are happening. But it will be fun! I am very busy for you all! A impression..........
The carriers had a container attached to them - similar to how transports work, but with the difference that a carrier could have multiple containers where "normal" transports, be it ground, air or naval could carry only one each. There was a value in the eqp file specifying the number of containers (each container could carry one unit) and to enable planes to use carriers they had to have the naval "usable transport" set (or rather its PacGen counterpart). Once inside the carrier the planes could be refitted with replacements and resupplied. Non-"naval transport" planes could not land onto carriers or be resupplied by them. "Naval" fighters could be attached to a carrier or a capital ship as CAP - basically following the ship's movement and providing air cover, and at the same time be resupplied every turn (even from a battleship or a cruiser - don't ask me how LOL).
I don't know enough about PzC internal workings, but in the SSI "general" games the unit class traits were hard-coded in the game engine and could not be customized. If there is a way to edit unit class traits in PzC it just might be possible to have a container attached to the carrier class. Unfortunately i don't believe there could be a way to attach multiple containers to a single unit in PzC, regardless of class.

OK already someone who knows how it worked in Pacific General. Thanks for this clear explanation!

Prince Paul was never a King, he only served as a regent after his brother King Alexander was murdered until Peter II comes of age.
Are you from Finland? Thanks for the tips we going to have a look at that.
Greetings PHCAS
No, im from Czechia, but im really intrested in smaler nations of WW2, like Finland, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Italy (Not that small i know) etc. Especialy Hungarians and Italians are my favorite tbh.
Nice to see the Vickers 6 tonner getting some love.
A more standard one (without the turret bustle and with a very short 47mm gun so quite a different look than the 7TP/T26 style) could be used if your Pacific campaign includes China - I have a suspicion Siam/Thailand had a few as well. I must admit I have an interest as I'd like to use a standard model in my British mod for a Sealion scenario.

Your lucky We are updating the Hungarian units now for the Balkan scenario. You will find the Hungarian 3rd army on the Yugoslavian border in the Balkan scenario. Just added the gun crews.
