RufusTFirefly, actually I have not dropped out of any of my 5 games until now. And I wouldn't have dropped out of this game if it weren't for a major bug introduced in 1.04 which requires a restart to fix. The bug significantly impacts population growth and building priorities. Building priorities which would require decades for the Seleucids to fix due to slow pop growth. IMO, leaving a game with a significant bug is perfectly reasonable as I don't have all the time in the world to play as many games as I would like. With limited time, playing a new game without the bug makes all the sense in the world. And I suspect a fair number of players feel the same as I as a number of people have already quit. So be careful who you accuse of being unreliable when there is a perfectly logically reason for quitting.Pity that players of Lysimachids and Seleucids seem to be not reliable.

I agree Jagger.
I dropped after the AI took a couple of crippling national decisions on my behalf despite never missing a turn.
Not acceptable.
Hopefully 1.05 has stopped this. I am still inc involved in 8 games which are progressing fine.
Folks need to be wary of ascribing motives for the actions of others without being in possession of all the facts.

Less agreeing, more joining the new game, devoncop and Jagger2002! We're missing Antigonids and Macedonians.
Re: Field of Diplomacy: A New World Order
Do people in this game still get notifications about the turn resolution? I haven't received one since 14th of October though turns continue to resolve.

Get no notifications in this game as well.(As I look at my games daily I dont miss it.)
There are more games with several players where no notifications are sent. Only get them in a two-player-game.

Hail Cassander, I have no quarrel with you and wish to reach a peace agreement. My goal was to weaken the Achaian's and to help Sparta regain their lands. But seeing as he left, there's noone to transfer ownership to. My recommendation is that the lands are given to a third party that will also use the lands for the peace and prosperity of the region - Carthage is a great candidate for that.
Re: Field of Diplomacy: A New World Order
Macedonia, you have attacked and nearly destroyed my small expedition force in Greece, which was withdrawing as I had stated. You have not replied to my missives, attacked my armies, and occupied territories that do not belong to you, therefore the only solution to your threat is war. Prepare yourself.
Re: Field of Diplomacy: A New World Order
Macedonia, I come again to look for peace with you. Relinquish your territories in south Greece as those were independent nations that you subjugated, and peace will reign again between us. Fail to do so, and I will work to dismantle your empire piece by piece.

Egypt it is a war of your making, you can end it easily by simply stopping your imperialist incursions against the peace loving peoples of Europe.
Re: Field of Diplomacy: A New World Order
You declared war on me and Sparta, and conquered territories that are not yours. The war continues then.

Re: Field of Diplomacy: A New World Order
The declaration was automatic as you were invading my ally Achaia.
Re: Field of Diplomacy: A New World Order
They weren't your ally when I attacked them... You allied with them after I had been at war with them for 5 years in order to join in. Sparta also didn't attack you but you declared war on them too.
Let me know when you're ready to negotiate.
