Please explain how i get the Sreenshot onto jpeg thanks Im fairly certain it has to be a picture format before i can get it onto the forum but havent figured out that part yet..

Press print screen on your keyboard , top right button next to insert , then open
a graphic program , paint works well and then ctr V or paste , you should have a
picture of your print screen , then edit (crop it) so as to only shown what you want and
save it as a jpeg to post image here.
