I found another KV-85 in DLC 45 East in Landsbera (22,27) in the battle of Parck-- bottom right city.

There is another KV-85 in the Goldap scenario located in Gr. Nassawan (22,17)

DLC '45 Seelow Heights scenario has a 'prototype' Maus on offer if you manage to get General Haber into the 'C' area... but you must get him there at least one turn before the last turn otherwise you miss out on a DV and on the Maus.

The first Prototype Maus is to "capture" in Poznan45 after escorting the three recon units to Poznan. Like in the Seelow Scen there hast to be one turn left to get a DV and the Maus (Strength: 10 - Experience 0). BTW: I sold the Maus to earn prestige to overstrength my Tiger II: Rather a 15-Strength Tiger II than a 0-Experience Maus.

in dlc east i would love to get a katjusha, su-100 or IS-2

Only the artillery in Minsk Mazowiecki is a core unit, none of the other.

Hello,

Theres something im unsure of with captured units...

If i capture a hex that rewards a captured unit on the same turn i complete all my objectives will i get said unit or do I need to allow 1 turn for it to be deployed? (So if its the last turn)

If you have turns remaining, you will see it appear in your core unit list when you go to deploy for the next scenario. This is if the scenario has at least one turn remaining when you achieve the objectives; if you capture the hex on the last turn, then it won't appear.

You also won't get the unit if the hex the unit should appear is occupied by another unit (no matter if it is an axis or allied unit).

I've done Metaxa line a few times and never yet got the Matilda 2. I'm pretty sure I didn't leave troops around Keramoti last time I played, just captured the city and moved everyone else on to the next target.
In Dunkirk I've captured De Panne and didn't get one either.

This is a bit disappointing, as I've been looking forwards to getting a matilda. It might be a bit slow, but up to about end 1942 it should be near indestructible in the open.
More than one of my Somaus has had a mishap after outrunning its artillery support and the slow speed may aid survival as it can't outrun the Sigs.

The few times I have completed Dunkirk and captured De Panne it was after following the British route. I'm following the French route at the moment, so if I don't muck up this time I should get another chance at Dunkirk soon. I might try saving just before capturing De Panne to test things out.

a very frustrating experience :

it's hard to capture the fort, casualties on stukas or paras have to be expected

and you are happy to see one B-64 with 20 strenght points appears, and a SU-122 idem !

But...they cannot serve in the scénario (there are in an island)...or for future ones, it's "auxilairy core units"....

The designer likes funny jokes , i don't think it's a bug !

I haven't found any captured ones yet but lots of free ones:

2 units of conscripts with trucks
2 T-34s
2 KV-1s
2 Fw-190As
1 Motorcycle unit
1 Marder III
1 Crusader
1 Churchill
2 50mm AT guns with half-tracks

and I am only 5 scenarios in I think!

Yes there are captures. Some are to be had in the Taranto scenario. I won't spoil it, but there are two good ones there. I think that is all the captures in the 42/43West campaign; that is what I recall from beta 3 unless something rich was added afterwards.
