Pretty damn good summary. I'd go along with that. A convoy collection point so I suppose this can be assumed to be part of the game already. Then again Scapa Flow didn't have much more than Loch Ewe in terms of resources. Supplies and material for Scapa had to go by boat from Aberdeen.
