Yes Edward, only they can do that by changing the class files.

These are nice, but it would be great if you could make the Canadian emblem more like what was used during the war. The one you have now looks like a stylized Canadian flag of the current era, but prior to 1965 we used the Red Ensign which incorporated the Union Jack into the design. Current flag, ...
