I definitively have to agree that NASA has an advantage, in the sense that their projects generally fulfill more objectives and thus give more prestige. The best I've managed to do was Q3 1969 on Buzz Hard with the GSA I went with the Gemini Direct Ascent option as it requires the least amount of component development.
