A huge step for me 1968 Q4. With Gemini on Hard. In first 4 year managed to do Explorer extended mission, all X-15 (or something like that (plane)) missions and lunar flyby. Never doing that again.. Got as much money as I always got without lunar flyby...

Just for the record some ideas: If rocket does it's job well, it shouldn't decrease reliability.. For example: Rocket done it's all job well, but Moon crasher failed for some reasons.. Rocket reliability decreased.. Or even.. why the hell reliability after failed mission? Maybe the problem was found...
