I seem to be experienceing a similar issue.
I recently purchased FOGII from Steam. When I start the game up it shows me "Fields of Glory II: Wolves at the Gate", with a picture of a Viking with an Axe in mosaic.
However. when I enter the game I cannot access any Wolves at the Gate, or any other DLC ...
