Yes, only one objective is listed, kill trucks. Yet, you lose if you kill trucks and take losses. The victory conditions seem confuse achievements with objectives.

What's with the stealth objective of "too many losses" in the scenario? Only objective listed is to kill trucks. Achievements include not taking losses.
