Please help me about the editor

After I build a single map scenario, and save the file, normally in the "Data" archive. so it comes up with 2 fires, the PZLOC and PZSCN.
but I can find it no where in the game, what should I do to play it?

we know that normally tanks have a tag called "rott"
And tank destroyers have a tag called "fixetd"

how does these 2 things work in the game?
